- Founded in 1953, La Cidrerie de la Brique is a key player in Norman cider. It combines craftsmanship and innovation to produce a 100% pure juice cider, unpasteurized and already awarded at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
Committed to preserving the environment, part of its production is certified Organic Agriculture. The cider house collects rainwater for washing apples and uses a solar tracker. In addition, apple pomace is valued in methanization and cattle feed.
