Javernand (Château de)

Description: Château de Javernand is one of the most advanced estate in Beaujolais regarding regenerative viticulture : plant cover, hedges and agroforestry are now generalized in our vines.
We farm 9 ha in Chiroubles and 3 ha in South-Mâconnais, organic certified.
We carry out natural vinifications, but with high and permanent care, in order to produce pure wines, giving emotion.
In 2022, Bourgogne Aujourd'hui magazine ranked the Château de Javernand among the top 30 Beaujolais estates (over 1600).
The 430m altitude of the estate brings freshness to our Chiroubles wines.
We produce :
- 4 cuvées of Chiroubles with various profiles, Beaujolais-Villages Rosé, and a Pétillant Naturel of Gamay
- Mâcon Villages, Bourgogne blanc, Mâcon Pinot Noir.
