- Quinta do Cardo is a historic wine estate in the Beira Interior region, located near the medieval village of Castelo Rodrigo at about 750 meters of altitude, in a preserved landscape between the International Douro reserve and the surrounding mountains. The property covers around 180 hectares, with nearly 80 hectares of vineyards farmed organically since 2009, producing wines of great freshness, strong terroir identity, and an elegant, mineral character.
