Sophie and Matthieu cultivate clay-limestone soils that produce wines both generous and beautifully mineral.
The estate has been certified organic since 2021, and practices eco-grazing in the vineyards during winter.
Vézelay is a rising village appellation, offering Burgundy lovers wines of great quality at still accessible prices.
