- « Domaine Aspras is a family-owned estate located in Correns, the first organic village in France. We have been practicing organic viticulture since 1995 on limestone and clay-limestone soils that give our wines minerality and finesse. Our portfolio includes flagship cuvées, such as Licorne, as well as more accessible wines, all guided by respect for the terroir, biodiversity, and quality. We also offer a complete wine tourism experience with vineyard visits, tastings, and hospitality at the estate’s bastide. »
