- A vineyard of excellence, cultivated organically and biodynamically for two decades, the Domaine is a small gem nestled in the heart of the Cabardès appellation. Cazaban is first and foremost a mosaic of terroirs swept by opposing winds; it's also a story of Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties working side-by-side to give birth to fresh, elegant, and subtle wines; and finally, it's a new signature style with just the right touch of irreverence, audacity, and modernity to create surprising, disruptive, even subversive wines.
