Château Couhins
Information
- Description
- Château Couhins is a Grand Cru Classé of Graves, located in the heart of the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation.
Thanks to INRAE, the owner of this beautiful estate, the château has implemented research programs and innovative techniques to meet a dual and ambitious objective: the quality of the wines produced by Château Couhins and the preservation of the environment.
To this end, the estate has decided to convert to organic farming and also to develop agroecology and agroforestry in order to restore balance and a virtuous cycle within its vineyard. Château Couhins thus leverages the excellence of scientific knowledge to create prestigious wines and promote sustainable viticulture; these are the core missions guiding its development and renown.
