- Château Saint Louis is a family-run winery located in the heart of the Fronton appellation, between Toulouse and Montauban, on the ancient terraces of the Tarn river. Certified organic by Ecocert, we passionately cultivate our emblematic grape variety, Négrette (also known as Pinot Saint-Georges), blended with Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Gamay, while fully respecting the environment. Our structured red wines, fresh rosés, aromatic whites and sparkling wines are vinified and aged on the estate, combining tradition and expertise to produce regularly awarded cuvées of exceptional quality and typicity.
