- The Domaine is located in the town of Ponteilla, in the heart of Aspres, in Roussillon - Occitanie.
In front of Canigou Mount, the vineyard covers 30 hectares, about ten of which are found on silty clay and limestone soils from the Pliocene. The other 20 hectares are on Quaternary terraces made up of stony soils with quartz pebbles and schist fragments.
About ten grape varieties make it possible to obtain a great diversity of wines, from the most endemic as Grenache, Carignan, Muscat ... to the rarest in Roussillon as Chardonnay. The vines are between 15 and 50 years old.
In order to preserve this ecosystem, all the plots have been cultivated in organic farming since 2019 (Certification for 2022 vintage)
