- The Gaston and Pierre Ravaut estate has existed for five generations and offers wines aged and vinified in the finest Burgundian tradition. The estate produces, on 12 hectares, 80% red wines, representing all appellation levels: Bourgogne Côte d'Or, Côte de Nuits Village, Ladoix, Premier Cru, Aloxe Corton, Corton Grand Cru, and 20% white wines, representing all appellation levels.
Hand-harvested; wines aged in oak barrels.
Certified Organic Agriculture from the 2024 vintage.
