- Description
- The estate was founded by our grandfather, Roland Chollet. Starting from nothing, he cultivated and vinified his own wines in Pouilly-sur-Loire. In 1980, Gilles, Roland’s son, joined him. Together, they explored new terroirs, acquired land, and expanded the estate. Valérie, Gilles’ wife, joined the estate in 1989 following the untimely passing of Roland Chollet. After studying in Beaune, their son Séverin joined the estate, bringing his expertise and focusing on vineyard work and winemaking.
Milène later joined the family estate after gaining professional experience, dedicating herself to sales and management.
In 2025, we proudly obtained our certifications for Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture. Together, they combine tradition and modernity to showcase their know-how and offer authentic wines that reflect their image: generous, sincere, and deeply rooted in their land.
We product 14ha of Pouilly Fumé production (100% Sauvignon), the Domaine has 3 main types of terroir: Clay-siliceous (Sables), clay-limestone (Caillottes) and Kimmeridgian marl (Terres Blanches).
