birdland, Bird Fields or Camp Aucels in Langue d'Oc, a winegrowing family for 200 years, 23 hectares of vines in the South of France between Montpellier and Beziers. Organic vineyard on rich scrubland soils in thyme, cistus, olive trees and other aromatic plants. 16 grape varieties to maintain a nice diversity.
