- Totalling 21 hectares, our vineyards are set out in 32 different parcels spread across three diverse regions in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Within these regions there is a multitude of differing terroirs. Across these varied terroirs, all of our vineyards are worked organically. No chemical fertilizers, systemic pesticides or herbicides are used. We encompass biodynamic principles, and follow the rhythms of the lunar calendar.
Our belief is that all our wines should represent the year of making and be an expression of the terroir; that good winemaking is being sensitive enough to recognise the quality of a terroir, and skillful enough to allow that terroir to show through in the wine.
