- I am an organic winemaker in Chablis in Burgundy for 8ha, since 2018. In 2023, I established Domaine du Triptyque and launched his winery. I currently sells wines from the Chablis, Petit Chablis, and Bourgogne appellations. Other appellations will gradually be added to his portfolio: Chablis Premier Cru, Bourgogne Rouge, and even wines made from disease-resistant grape varieties.
My Triptyque:
- Nature: by preserving biodiversity, the environment, and the soil through careful consideration at every stage, from vineyard to cellar
- Wine: vinifying hand-picked grapes as simply as possible to express the terroir
