- As organic winemakers based in Igé, in southern Burgundy, we cultivate 16 hectares of vines, with classic grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay, as well as rarer varieties in Burgundy like Syrah, Verdejo, and Sauvignac, which fuel our desire for discovery and our passion.
All vineyard work is carried out with respect for the vine, the soil, and the finished product. Mechanical tilling and organic treatments are essential parts of the care and growth of our grapes
