Description

100% Organic, 100% White!! New private estate in the Mâconnais of 24 hectares, mainly in the commune of Prissé (71960), certified organic since 2018. Experimenting with biodynamics on certain plots. We vinified at the estate for the first time in 2023 and bottled our first cuvées in May 2024: Bourgogne Aligoté, Mâcon-Prissé, Saint-Véran, indigenous yeasts, lots of care, minimal interventions!
