I have been a winemaker in the Quincy appellation since 2020. The family estate has 8 hectares of vines, mainly Sauvignon Blanc. The 2024 vintage is the first AB vintage. I sell around 40,000 bottles with 4 AOC Quincy vintages and 2 rosé and red French wine vintages.
