Mas Saint Laurent
Information
- Description
- In the South of France, nestled in the heart of Languedoc facing the Sète hillside, Mas Saint Laurent has been cultivating exceptional vineyards for 5 generations on unique clay-limestone soils, scattered with dinosaur egg fossils. Julien Tarroux, representing the new generation, now passionately manages 38 hectares of vines with deep respect for the environment. Certified Organic in 2024, the estate has always embraced living agriculture where sheep, bees, and medicinal plants contribute to the vineyard's natural balance. This ecological approach reveals the true taste of terroir through single-varietal wines native to Languedoc: AOP Picpoul de Pinet, Côte de Thau Terret-Bourret, Côte de Thau Piquepoul Noir - as well as skillfully blended wines: AOP Languedoc White and IGP Pays d'Herault Old Vines Red.
Each wine tells the story of a preserved terroir, where family tradition and sustainable innovation intertwine to create wines of remarkable finesse.
