Located in Rabastens in the Tarn, our small family winery of 8.5 hectares reflects our passion for independent winemaking.
- A Reimagined Tradition
In the past, our parents took their grapes to the cooperative. In 2016, we took a major step forward by becoming independent, creating our own bottles that represent us.
- Our Grape Varieties and Productions
We carefully cultivate local grape varieties:
- **Red**: Duras, Braucol, Prunelart
- **White**: Dry Viognier
We intentionally keep our yields low (between 35 and 45 hl/ha) to ensure quality, allowing us to produce between 20,000 and 30,000 bottles per year, all single-varietal wines.
