- We are a family domain based in Poilly sur Serein and we cultivate 16 hectares of vines under the appellations Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Burgundy wines.
We work the sol and the fruit with care and respect, to let the terroir and its minerality express themselves, in harmony with nature, biodiversity and the people who work there. Our philosophy naturally led us to organic certification in 2022. We favour long and low-intervention vinifications.
