- We are Olivia and Maxime, young winegrowers at Domaine la Bosque.
La Bosque is a handful of vines nestled in the heart of the Maquis, surrounded by holm oaks and arbutus trees on the slate slopes of the AOP Saint-Chinian.
Since 2016, we are on organic adventure and worked our 7 hectares like a garden in which vines, trees, plants, insects and animals coexist.
We have chosen to work Languedoc grape varieties of today and yesterday, through original vintages.
We practice slow winemaking, flowing the raisins, requiring them to be influenced as little as possible. The goal is to have fresh wines, with silky tannins, close to the fruit.
La Bosque is an intense, sincere, collective adventure, which we share, which we protect, which we savor.
La Bosque is love, friendship and integrity.
