- Since 2021 we have been organically certified, and since 2023 also Demeter-certified – a step we took not only out of conviction for sustainability but one that is also clearly reflected in the quality of our grapes.
On roughly 30 hectares, we primarily cultivate grape varieties of the Burgundy family. Our main focus lies on Pinot Noir, for which we use French clones at the top level, as well as Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. In addition, we are passionately exploring Syrah, which is showing increasingly exciting potential in our terroir.
Alongside our vineyards in Rhodt, we also cultivate plots in Godramstein, about 7 km away – allowing us to work with different soils and microclimates and thereby express the character and origin of our wines even more precisely.
