- A family estate for 5 generations, in the heart of the Malepère massif between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean, at the foot of the City of Carcassonne, Domaine Rose & Paul is located in the small town of Arzens, in the South of France, between Toulouse and Montpellier.
On a clay-limestone-sandstone soil, bordering the Naurouze threshold, watershed between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, seven grape varieties are grown:
Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec,
Grenache, Chardonnay,
Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
Three appellations are expressed in harmony:
