Colline de l'hirondelle is a family run organic vineyard on a human scale, located in the village of Douzens in the Languedoc in Aude between Narbonne and Carcassonne.
We make grow our grapes and make wine in time with the seasons surrounded by vineyards and wild scrubland in the shadow of the Alaric mountain, in the foothills of the Corbières.
We cultivate 9 hectares of small plots, old vines of Carignan, Grenache noir and gris, Syrah, Chenançon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Terret.
In the cellar, we accompany the magic of fermentation with precise and a light hand to reveal the particular character of our wines. Organic wines that are frank and fresh, fruity and expressive. Some are natural wines vinified without added sulphites with native yeasts, others are rare vintages patiently aged in bottles.
All are an invitation to share a glass...
