- Halfway between the Gorges du Verdon and the Mediterranean Sea, our beautiful village of Cotignac stands with panache at the foot of a majestic rock. On this soil where vines have been grown for centuries is where Château Carpe Diem was born over 30 years ago.
The vineyard covers 30 hectares in AOP Côtes de Provence and AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence. All our cuvées are labelled organic wine by Ecocert and several plots in Pontevès have been certified since 1977. The vineyard is conducted in biodynamy and certified
by Demeter. The estate is also accreditated HVE 3.
This is where we as a family have chosen to give a meaning to our life. Our project mirrors the centuries-old oak tree that stands proudly at the entrance of the estate. A long-term endeavour, an undertaking of passion, toil, and learning. Vines and wines, a long
