- Description
- For 40 years, our vineyard has been built within the family. Today it covers 30 hectares of vines in the Sancerre appellation and 5 hectares in the Menetou-Salon appellation. It’s in La Vauvise.
Located in the communes of Bué, Sancerre and St Satur, the vines are on average around thirty years old.
Sancerre and Menetou-Salon are single-varietal appellations.
The white wines are made from Sauvignon and the red and rosé wines from Pinot Noir.
Growing our vines organically is a principle that we have respected since 2013. Biodynamics naturally found its place in our farming practices in 2020.
