- Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence Saladin run the family business which has been passed down from fathers to sons since 1422. The purchase of a newly-planted vineyard in this year began the family winegrowing tradition, kept alive ever since by twenty subsequent generations.
The Domaine Saladin is located in the Provençale Ardèche area of the Côtes du Rhône, in the village of Saint Marcel d’Ardèche. The 16 hectares and 13 grape varietals are uniquely characterised by the fact that they have always been harvested by hand, and cultivated and vinified organically.
