Nestled on the foothills of the Canigou, the sacred mountain of the Catalans, Domaine les Conques owes its name to the distinctive contours of its landscape. This exceptional vineyard, fully certified organic, spans 10 hectares of vines and 10 hectares of natural areas, including meadows for mules, cork oak forests, and tree heaths.
The vines, both mature and resilient, are cultivated in the traditional "gobelet" style, a method perfectly suited to the arid conditions of the Aspres region, where water is scarce. This approach demands meticulous manual care, from pruning to harvesting, which is carried out entirely by hand.
The emblematic grape varieties of Roussillon – Carignan and Grenache Noir for reds, Macabeu and Grenache Blanc and Gris for whites – express their full character in this unique terroir. Limited by the scarcity of water, production focuses on crafting wines of great individuality, made without artifice and with utmost respect for nature.
