Certification "BIO" since 2013.
Our wines are exclusively produced with Languedoc grape varieties (Carignan, Syrah, White & black Grenache, Mourvèdre, Roussanne).
Low yield, 30 to 35 hl / ha
Manual harvesting at maturity.
For many years our vinification is without sulphites. Sulphites are added only at the end of the fermentation to stabilize the wine.
We vinify each grape variety and plot separately. The same grape has a different characteristic depending on the soil.
Like a painter with a wide colour palette, our palette consists of different tastes and textures.
