- Parés Baltà is a family winery located in the Penedès region near Barcelona. With a winemaking tradition dating back to 1790, we produce wines and cavas using biodynamic agriculture. The rich diversity of our terroir allows us to plant vines at altitudes of up to 750 metres. Using mainly indigenous grape varieties, harvested 100% by hand, our winemakers produce unique wines that combine tradition and innovation.
The Cusiné family's passion for wine has led them to develop two other projects in major Spanish wine regions. Gratavinum in the Priorat and Dominio Romano in the Ribera del Duero.
