- Domaine Roustan is a family-owned wine and olive estate located in La Fare-les-Oliviers, in Provence, between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. Run by Sylvaine Roustan, the estate covers 14 hectares of vineyards and 5 hectares of olive trees, all farmed organically.
The estate produces wines under AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, IGP Méditerranée and Vin de France, as well as organic olive oil and grape juice. Each cuvée is crafted using an artisanal approach, faithfully expressing the terroir and the estate’s commitment to sustainable farming.
