Organic estate since 2009, located 3 km from Uzès.
We work with 14 grape varieties (6 whites and 8 reds) in the AOP Duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes.
Blending and single-varietal production. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, concrete vats (epoxy resin), and aging in wood and terracotta amphorae.
