Mas Llossanes - Roussillon
Information
- Description
- The Mas Llossanes estate was established in 2016. Our 11-hectare vineyard, planted as early as the 1940s, is one of the highest in France, located at an altitude of 600 to 700 meters. It is certified Organic and Biodynamic. We cultivate six indigenous or rare grape varieties: Carignan, of course, but also Grenache, Chenanson, Syrah, Cinsault, and Chasan.
The quality of our grapes, which are harvested exclusively by hand, allows us to use almost no additives in our wines—just minimal doses of sulfites. Fermentation is carried out using native yeasts.
We produce eight wines: five reds, one white, one rosé, and a sweet wine.
