- Description
- In southwestern France, in the MADIRAN and PACHERENC DU VIC BILH AOP regions, our family estate covers 23 hectares of organic farmland. We have been running it since 1995 and are now in our fourth generation. In the cellar, we work as naturally as possible, using a minimum of inputs. All our temperature-controlled vats allow us to better preserve the wines and limit sulfite use to a minimum.
