- Vallformosa is a pioneering Spanish winery dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Awarded Best Winery at the Vinari Awards for three consecutive years (2020–2022), Vallformosa is the first Cava producer in Spain to achieve B-Corp certification, ensuring excellence and ethical practices in every bottle.
With full control over grape production and strong partnerships with over 400 winegrowers through the Vallformosa Club, the winery combines tradition with cutting-edge technology, including satellite grape analysis and the patented Fizztirage closure.
Vallformosa is also a leader in sustainable winemaking: 94% of production waste is recycled, water usage is 40% below industry averages, and solar and 100% renewable energy power operations. In January 2025, the DO Penedès became the world’s first fully organic DO, marking another milestone in Vallformosa’s commitment to a greener future.
