DE PERETTI DELLA ROCCA
Information
- Description
- Here in Figari, in southern Corsica, our family heritage is a constant source of inspiration. From agricultural land converted into vineyards in 2013, to our guest rooms and wine cuvées: each aspect intimately honors the family. Domaine de Peretti della Rocca cultivates a 15‑hectare vineyard planted on granite-based soils. All cuvées carry the AOP Figari designation and have been certified organic (Agriculture Biologique, AB) starting with the 2024 vintage. The grapes are hand‑harvested following careful, regular maturity checks. Each winter, we promote vineyard maintenance through eco‑grazing, using sheep from a neighboring shepherd. The grape varieties are predominantly endemic to the region: Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu, Nielluccio, as well as Biancu Gentile, Genovese, Minustellu, and Carcaghjolu Neru.
