Domaine Flo Busch
Information
- Description
- Domaine Flo Busch was created in 2018 in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Languedoc region, in South of France.
The estate is gradually expanding to 10 hectares of mixed farming. Vinyard (8ha), aromatic plants and olive grove are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods.
From the life of the soil to the life of the wine, Florian and Paola strive for harmony between man, plant, soil and climate.
Grapes are hand-picked, combining human energy, respect for the living world and a precise choice of ripeness for the natural expression of the terroir.
In the cellar, the winemaking process is low interventional. Fermentations are spontaneous, using only indigenous yeasts. The wines are neither fined or filtered and sulphites are used in minimal quantities when necessary.
