- Le Mas Sylvia is a small estate that lies on the terroir of les Baronnies. It is discretely nestled in a preserved natural setting, unusual for its colours, topography and scents.
The whole estate is conducted by Sylvia Teste, owner of the estate, who combines a degree in oenology with a family passion for wine-making.
After her long studies and her initiatory journeys in the southern hemisphere about wine-growing and wine-making, this young lady returned home to make her childhood dream come true.
Sylvia works hard to preserve this unique natural environment. Helped by a protective Mediterranean climate, she shows utmost respect towards the soil, the water and the natural surroundings in accordance with the principles of organic viticulture.
She is eager to implement responsible wine-growing practices from the vineyard to the glass.
For instance, she tills the soil and restricts the use of œnological products to a minimum.
In 2026, the estate will celebrate its 16th anniversary.
