Domaine du Salut

Description: My husband and I are young winemakers, settled in our 16 hectares vineyard near Bordeaux (Graves appellation) since 2015. This has been a major shift for us as we left Paris to come back to our homeland and to recover with our family roots in the wine industry.
Our craft wines are made fully in-house. My husband is taking care of the vines, constantly aiming at reducing external inputs. As the wine maker, I’m dedicated to making fruity and rounded wines.
We are certified by the label Terra Vitis since 2016, Herbicides free since 2017, and completely organic certified since 2023. Our new challenge is to aim for zero waste, so we've adapted our bottles to the criteria for reuse (weight, washable glue..). At last our labels differentiate with the traditional ones used in Bordeaux and better match with today’s trends and way of drinking wine.
In a word : Bordeaux new style!
