- Family estate for 4 generations, in Southern Rhone Valley, specialized in AOC TAVEL, LIRAC, COTES DU RHONE and Wine of France, in a sustainable management of the sandy terroir, giving wine on finesse, elegancy and freshness.
Our aim is to produce wines of character, alive, faithful to their origin and bearers of emotions, all in an approach deeply respectful of the living and our terroir, to have its best expression in the bottle.
This translates into fair, precise, and controlled interventions:
In the vineyard in respect of the environment, plant, natural balance and earth, to extract the best and preserve it for the future;
In the cellar, respecting our raw material to let the wine build freely and reveal all the potential of our terroir (indigenous yeasts, rationalization of sulfites, unblocked malolactic fermentation, no filtration, ...)
