- Description
- Antoine de la Farge comes from a long line of winemakers dating back to 1560, and it was in 2002 that his parents, Laurence and Géraud, created the estate after having acquired the vineyard in the 1980s.
From the very beginning of this adventure, they sought to craft wines in harmony with the environment that gives them life. This is why, since the estate’s creation, the grapes have been harvested exclusively by hand and the fermentations carried out naturally. This delicate balancing act is above all about listening to nature, guiding the ripening of the grapes and their transformation into wine with the utmost gentleness.
We have been working without herbicides for ten years, and the estate has been certified organic since the vintage 2022.
