- The ORTOLA estate is a family estate bringing together the best plots of our 5 estates and châteaux.
The entire vineyard is certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter.
Our main commitment is to respect nature, its cycles and the overall environment of the plant. Grass cover, plant treatments, essential oils and sexual confusion promote the development of the vine and its autonomy in the face of attacks that it could suffer. Everything it needs is in the soil and we make sure that soil is diverse.
Everything is done to ensure that the fruit of this vine reaches good maturity, in an impeccable state of health. In the cellar, no inputs, only the expression of the fruit and our terroir.
