Description: Domaine de Piéblanc is a modern and dynamic wine estate based at the foot of the village of Gigondas.
Our vineyard, mostly in altitude enables us to make fine, elegant and fresh wines on 4 big appellations from the Southern Rhône.
Piéblanc has a simple vision, but one that requires a great deal of attention to execute : "Let the grapes follow their own path !"
A constentious work both in the vines and the cellar with as few imputs as possible.
10 years that Piéblanc has been researching, growing, sorting, selecting and working. 10 years that the line has remained the same and that there has been a lot of experimentation.
10 years and 4 terroirs : Freshness. Yes. Simplicity. Also. And Joy of course !
The pleasure of guiding the grapes towards the wine they are destined to become. From the understanding of our soils to bottling.
Maybe that is what style is all about: the result of an obsession...
