Chateau Capion is an 96-hectare vineyard estate located in Aniane, enjoying the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. Certified organic since 2020, practicing manual harvesting and micro-parcel selection to produce uniquely high-quality white and red wines. Beyond an exceptional terroir that has seen the birth of the greatest wines of Languedoc, the vineyards surround a splendid 17th-century castle.
