Information

Description

For four generations our family has been producing
Menetou-Salon and Sancerre appellation wines in Morogues
to the far east of the Loire Valley.
Men come and go and technologies evolve, but our goal remains
the same : to bring out the expression of each terroir, applying
high standards and rigor to obtain exactly wath we are striving for.
It all starts on our hillsides, where the vines, exclusively Pinot Noir
and Sauvignon, are grown without the help of either herbicides
or insecticides. Biodiversity and our work on the soil enable
the vines to draw out the qualities that lie deep down within
our region’s clay and limestone soils (Kimmeridgian marls).
In the cellars, we intervene only when we have to ; applying
the appropriate techniques and ensuring the wines are made
as naturally as possible. The diversity of our products is the result
of careful blending, that we re-evaluate with each new vintage ;
and vinifying grapes from different vineyard parcels separately
so that we capture all their subtleties.
We enjoy making our wines and we enjoy drinking them.
We are counting on you to share them.
