- Domaine de Fontbonau manages a 42-hectare estate based on diversified and carefully balanced polyculture. The property includes 16 hectares of vineyards, 2 hectares of lavender fields, 4 hectares of olive groves, a truffle orchard, 16 hectares of natural forest, 35 beehives, as well as a lemon garden and a mixed orchard. This agricultural diversity naturally enhances soil vitality and contributes to the ecological balance of the estate.
The domaine is led by Léo Borsi, a highly skilled and talented winemaker. After many years crafting wines from exceptional terroirs in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, he settled in Drôme Provençale to pursue a vision centered on terroir expression, viticultural innovation, and the highest standards of quality.
Our annual production reaches approximately 40,000 bottles, with a clear focus on finesse, freshness, and authenticity.
All agricultural practices are fully organic and biodynamic, with official certifications. These methods ensure respectful vineyard management without herbicides or chemical inputs, strengthening vineyard resilience and preserving the aromatic purity of our wines.
