Our Appellations:

Chablis: A comprehensive range, from Petit Chablis to Chablis Premier Cru, reflecting the minerality and finesse of the Kimmeridgian soils.

Bourgogne Blanc and Rouge: Elegant and balanced wines, crafted from meticulously cultivated grape varieties.

Irancy: Red wines primarily made from Pinot Noir, enriched by the rare and ancestral César grape. Our crus Les Mazelots, Veaupessiot, and Palotte showcase the richness of this appellation.

Our Commitment to Biodynamics:

We personally prepare a significant portion of our composts, enhancing them with biodynamic preparations crafted on our estate. This artisanal approach fosters the vitality of our soils and the health of our vines, contributing to the unique expression of our terroir.
