- Éric and Emmanuel Dampt have been offering a range of certified organic wines since 2019: Bourgogne Épineuil (pinot noir), Bourgogne Tonnerre (Chardonnay), Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourneaux of top quality. This certification is part of their desire to make a wider impact to preserving the environment. Today, the two brothers are expanding their area under conversion to offer a Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume and a Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses soon.
