"Estate of 55 ha in one piece consisting of scrubland, vineyards, olive trees, pines, oaks, limestones and sandstone ... which describe a magnificent terroir of the PDO SAINT CHINIAN.
We’ve grown in the family respect of the Earth, we have striven year after year to reveal this Terroir and to make it give the best of itself: by the choice of plots and grape varieties, by the care taken in the culture of the Vineyard, by a vinification without compromising vis-à-vis the quality.
Wines that want to be contemporary but sincere vis-à-vis the Terroir of Pech Ménel hence wines of very high ageing. Only Blanc de Pech Ménel is vinified and/or aged in barrels. The reds benefit from a classic vinification in concrete or stainless steel vats.
