- In 2013, Pierre took over the family business, adopting organic and biodynamic practices. On 12 hectares, he cultivates indigenous grape varieties such as Duras, Braucol and Loin de l'œil. His wines are lively, harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts, offering unique authenticity and an expression of the Gaillac terroir.
